THE ART OF PERCEPTION

The eyes…are not only sensory organs that detect light but also the bridge that links us to conscious awareness. It is been said that they are the window of the soul, which may explain why the symbolic meaning of eyes tends to be of a spiritual nature. They represent clairvoyance, omniscience, and the gateway to understanding our journey. They are the window to the Cosmos and they provide insight into human existence. They convey different messages and stimulate energy as they communicate the subtle language of our spirit, which words can never be enough to express. The eyes are responsible for four-fifths of all the information our brain receives and if we learn how to read into them, they can tell us much about ourselves or a person just by gazing into them.

The physical eyes are the tools we use every day to explore the world, but the spiritual eyes have the ability to see in all dimensions. The eyes are so powerful and often we don't realize it.

When two people experience eye contact and maintain it for a bit, an invisible energetic circuit is established between the two participants, dissolving the barriers that ordinarily separate them from each other, bringing them ever closer into a shared awareness of union.

In the natural realm, it doesn’t do us any good to have our eyes open if we are in a pitch-black room. Without reflection, there is nothing to see. The same goes for the spiritual realm…if we have our eyes open but we are living in darkness.

The most important kind of seeing is the seeing of inner spiritual realities and unfortunately, many people are blind to these. Having 20/20 vision but the inward is blind, can create a world perceived in a very limited way. The physical picture is clear, but the spiritual insight is dim, leading to a distorted perception of the world and spiritual death.

For centuries the powerful symbolism of the eyes has appeared on temples, churches, manuscripts, and even on money, showing the importance and deep meaning of this inter-dimensional tool.

The eyes seem to move and perceive at the same time, but they transmit the information gathered in a completely different way. The Left Eye is feminine in energy, and so spiritual and intuitive. Looking through the left eye it is possible to see the connection between the past and previous lifetimes. It is receptive to the heart and focuses on the language of the soul and spiritual dimensions. The right eye is physical, intellectual, and masculine. Looking through it we can see the future or what we are doing today that will affect the future. See-through someone's right eye allows you to see their personality. It is focused on the language of the human realm and the physical dimension.

Then we have the THIRD EYE, often called the “Pineal Gland” which is the window into the psychic realms and inter-dimensional travel. It is responsible for seeing beyond time and being in tune with the Universe.

How we think and feel every day depends on the pineal gland. As the producer of this hormone, our well-being relies on it. This tiny organ regulates our daily and seasonal circadian rhythms, the sleep-wake patterns that determine your hormone levels, stress levels, and physical performance. It is the home of our “sixth sense”, where our intuition and higher wisdom come alive when this energy center is fully open and balanced.

Unfortunately, for most of us, developing our third eye chakra and its abilities is challenging at best, and may even sometimes seem out of reach. Why? Because to be able to connect and listen to the information that comes through our third eye we should be ready to perceive the whisper of its wisdom. Because third eye perception elevates our senses to more subtle levels…a sort of space within, where the silence of the mind resides. It is the realm where we transcend duality – the duality of a personal “I” separate from the rest of the world, of a personality that exists independently from everything else. Our eyes are linked to our inner vision by the law of “as above, so below.”

In my opinion, the art of Life consists in the ability to perceive the essence of things in the light of nature (astral light), and by using the soul-powers of the Spirit, that it is not limited by our physicality, but empowered by the Cosmic Self. It is often said that imagination is the doorway to creation or manifestation. Imagination is a form of inner vision, and we can’t create anything that we can’t envision.

So, if you are feeling stuck or limited in your life, check out your vision. How well are you seeing? The good news is that you can easily change that situation by just changing the way you look at the world. Learn how to observe every aspect of creation….it will remind you that you live in a limitless Universe where anything and everything is possible.
